The location was perfect and magnificent, so close to the restaurant and the breakfast, the outskirts of Colmar and the centre of the old town. The room was well-equipped and brand-new with with synthetic duvet as well as arrivalno kettle, had good night sleep.

The property was ideal with exceptional staff with the rules of the hotel and by the receptionists, I appreciated the stay. The breakfast had a wide array of excellent options, and was delicious. The location away from town centre was great.

The location was marvellous, relatively near Little Venice. Truly enjoyed the Italian-style building and our well-designed and decent sized room. The stuff was exceptional, pleasant.

We had an enjoyable and incredible breakfast with cheeses and muesli, as for instance included. The room was modern and beautifully designed, it included a safe box, a kettle, and climate control.

Our room was immaculate and neat with a very comfortable bed. The setting was handy, next to restaurant rather brusque, the center of the city and the centre, near the motorway.

The location was particularly good, in a central location easy to find from the autoroute, and the bed good. The rooms were well-designed and a decent size with required things, like an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an individual safe.

The location helpful to give info for the attractions of the area was marvellous for us. And we were not far from the centre, which again was excellent, and the motorways and walking into Colmar old town.

The location of this hotel is brilliant, just a 10-minute walk to Little Venice. It's also close enough to the town and all of its remarkable sights to walk. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are really nice and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is also good, with plenty of choice.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Location is a about 10 minutes walk from town centre, but an easy walk.

The sheets were clean, although the comforters ontop of the beds were stained. We had a corner room with lots of windows for a cross breeze

The first disappointment was that the room did not look like the one in the website. The staff was not helpful. We had problems with the electricity in our room, and they stuffed 4 people into a room built for two. The bathroom was too small, I'm a small person and I did not even have room to turn around in the shower, plus the whole bathroom started to smell like a urinal as soon as the humidity from the shower built up. My family and I were disappointed at the outset, but would have been less disappointed if the staff were more accomodating and interested in serving the guests instead of just collecting the hotel fee. The bedcovers were stained.

This hotel on the outskirts of the town offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers. The attention to detail in the rooms is commendable, with comfortable beds and necessary facilities. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Additionally, the breakfast spread includes fantastic desserts, adding a delightful touch to the morning meal.

All was fine during our stay, no improvements needed.

Very dreary and and small room. Not very inviting hotel and lobby. Also very close to busy road so very noisy at night if window was open. Would not recommend hotel to anyone.

Decent sized room plus an electric kettle, an air conditioning and an individual safe. Nice interior design, good beds. Particularly good location close to supermarket, and 15 minute walk from Little Venice. Such a very nice stay on our European road trip...
